Welcome to Namax Health Services! By accessing or using our website (www.namaxhealth.ca) or engaging with our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our website or services.


1. Definitions

  • “17276648 CANADA INC.” is the legal Federal Corporation, operating as NAMAX HEALTH SERVICES in the Province on Ontario.
  • “Namax Health Services” refers to our company, its employees, and contractors.
  • “Client” refers to any individual, organization, or facility using our services.
  • “Services” include medication administration, medication reminders, and any other offerings provided by Namax Health Services.

2. Use of Our Website

  • You may use our website for informational purposes or to contact us about our services.
  • You agree not to misuse our website, including attempting to hack, spam, or disrupt functionality.

3. Services Offered

Namax Health Services provides healthcare-related services, including but not limited to:

  • Medication administration for individuals and facilities.
  • Virtual medication reminder services.
  • Support for long-term care facilities, retirement homes, clinics, and pharmacies.

All services are subject to availability and compliance with our policies.


4. Payment Terms

  • Prepayment Required: All services must be prepaid before scheduling.
  • Accepted Payment Methods: Credit/debit cards and e-transfers. Cash payments are not accepted.
  • Refund Policy: Refunds are available for cancellations made more than 24 hours before a scheduled visit. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of a visit.

5. Facility Contracts and Cancellation Policy

For facilities with ongoing contracts:

  • Facilities with contracts of 6+ months may cancel up to 3 scheduled visits per month without penalty, provided at least 12 hours’ notice is given.
  • Cancellations made under 12 hours will result in a 50% charge for the visit.
  • Cancellations made under 4 hours are non-refundable.

6. Disclaimer of Medical Advice

Namax Health Services does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment. Our services are limited to medication administration and reminders as instructed by licensed healthcare providers. Clients should consult their physician or pharmacist for medical advice.


7. Limitation of Liability

Namax Health Services is not liable for:

  • Errors or omissions in the information provided by clients or their healthcare providers.
  • Delays or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as emergencies or technical issues.
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Privacy and Confidentiality

Our handling of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to safeguarding your information in compliance with PHIPA and PIPEDA.


9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, and branding, is the intellectual property of Namax Health Services. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.


10. Termination of Services

Namax Health Services reserves the right to terminate services at our sole discretion if:

  • A client violates these terms.
  • A client engages in abusive or inappropriate behavior toward our staff.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website with the revised effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.


12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved under Ontario jurisdiction.
